Breathing Practice

A Clear Rhythm. A Pace You Choose

A breathing count can give attention somewhere simple to rest. The count is support, not a score, and a comfortable breath matters more than completing the pattern perfectly

Set A Pace The Breath Can Follow

Give each phase a clear place: breathe in, pause only when the pattern includes it, breathe out, and begin again. Keep the breath comfortable rather than trying to fill or empty the lungs completely

  • Keep it gentleChoose a pace that leaves room rather than asking you to reach for the next phase
  • Let the exhale finish naturallyDo not push out the last air to satisfy the timer
  • Reduce the pace when neededA shorter or easier pattern is still a complete breathing practice
  • Stop when uncomfortableReturn to ordinary breathing and seek appropriate professional guidance when needed

Use Structure When Words Add Too Much

Follow a visible rhythm and a few repeated directions when a longer spoken meditation is not what the moment needs. The next phase stays clear without asking you to interpret more

See Every Phase As It Happens

The Coherent Breathing preview follows five seconds in and five seconds out for five cycles. Watch each phase unfold, with Mira’s optional voice cues marking the change

Breathing practices are not medical treatment. If breathing exercises are unsuitable for you or cause discomfort, stop and return to your natural breath

Choose The Pattern Deliberately

All eight Breathing Practices are included. Open a technique to read its guidance, choose pace and cycles, and add sound if useful. Suggestions also open this detail first, so you can check the pattern before starting
